Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Participation Agreement

By submitting this registration form, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding my participation in the Open Fire Black – Submission Only event organized by IS 360 Sport & Entertainment:

I fully understand that participation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and submission combat sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, loss of consciousness, head injury, neck injury, spinal injury, or other serious bodily harm.
I voluntarily choose to participate in this event with full knowledge and acceptance of these risks and I assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that I may sustain.
I certify that I am in good physical and mental condition and that I have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent me from safely participating. I agree to immediately inform event staff if I feel unfit to continue.
I agree to comply with all event rules, referee instructions, and safety policies, including but not limited to the Submission Only ruleset and EBI-style overtime format.
I acknowledge that heel hooks, leg locks, neck cranks, and other submission techniques may be present depending on my category, and that I am responsible for tapping or verbally submitting to avoid injury.
I waive, release, and discharge IS 360 Sport & Entertainment, organizers, promoters, referees, volunteers, sponsors, venue operators, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or demand arising out of participation in this event.
I understand that emergency medical personnel may provide first aid. I consent to receive such treatment if necessary and assume responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
I agree that any misrepresentation of age, experience level, rank, or identity may result in disqualification without refund.
I grant permission for my image, voice, and name to be recorded, photographed, and used for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
I understand that registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizer.
If under 18 years of age, this agreement must be accepted by a legal parent or guardian.

By electronically signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and participation agreement.
